Fast 10 session

Today I am a hurting unit. The fast tens killed me.
Thursday morning
2x24kg Kbells-
Clean and press- 5, 10, 5, 7 min brk between sets
Double snatch and front squat- 3, 2 + 7 Front Squats
Thats it and i am hurting. My body is has become adapted to reps of 3-5 so the higher reps really spent me
