Easy swings 12 and 16kgs couple of light sets of 8-10reps
Pull-up ladder bodyweight 1,2,3; 1,2,3; 1,2 various grips also using a towel
Bottom up presses singles playing with the 16kg KBell.

Tuesday night

Joint Mobility: hindu squats, wall squats + more
Easy swings 12kg 3x 6

Swing the kettlebell/dumbell daily and often. It does not matter what weight you use or how much you do. Your just practicing technique, staying strong and keeping the muscles limber.
