shoulders - russian pool, the egyptain
spinal mobilty drill
hip circles, knee circles
cossack drill
bodyweight squats x 20

hindu pushups, pushups on fists
pistols (1 leg squats)
various 2 and 1 arm swings
pullups ladders

And a mix of....
forward and reverse rolls
Fast and Loose drills.. breathing and relaxtion drills... and movement training
